Salam and good day everyone!

So what I am going to say today is about my college known as IPBA.

Our late director Y.M Hajah Raja Azizah was retired yesterday. Well, it's a kind of lost for us as she was a good director, full of optimisms and ideas in handling this college. It's her contribution for all the good achievements that this college had perceived. To be a good as her is not a simple job. From what I had heard (when I was attending the retirement ceremony) a lot of achievements she had done in order to become the one she is today.

I am proud to be a teacher. Even though now I am still in foundation program but I hope I will pass it excellently. I want to be a good teacher for my students. I want to improve my skills in English Language so that later on I will teach my students on how to overcome the same problems that we have. There are four main keys to be considered in learning this subject which are reading, listening, writing and speaking.

Now, I am very sleepy. Have to end here.

Should student be allowed to grade their teachers?

Assalamualaikum and hey!

So..as it is my first time to use blog, then I would like to share about my Learning Support's task. What I am going to share that is, should students be allowed to grade their teachers? Well. It is actually a nice topic to discuss and yet to be debated on. On my view, both sides have their own reasons for this issue to be relevant nowadays. We must keep on wondering and questioning that if this system is going to be implemented in the primary school, what are the impacts? And why it is so?

Here is my note regarding on this issue. Hopefully it may be helpful to My Friends out there, even though my post may contain a lot of errors here and there. But at least My Friends can get a roughly view on this issue.

ADVANTAGES
- give opportunity to the student to voice out their feeling
- the student can study in a comfortable way
- the teacher becomes more proactive and effective

DISADVANTAGES
- teacher's grade are totally depend on the student assessment
- student may evaluate them based on their emotion
- teacher cannot easily punish the student
